I don't think the 1 squad per player is good for Heroic because I don't think we're ready for Heroic. I say let people go at it. I'm still interested because I want to see how my Droids and Jawas do in P2 (and P3 if we can make it.) Only about 1/3 of the guild is posting damage for more than 1/50th of the raid's total HP in normal.

Not many replies, it seems!
Guys, I suggest we try the following for Heroic AAT
- have 12hrs per phase reserved
- p1, p2 and p3 will have a coordinator assigned, who will be tracking progress and making decisions
- there is a limit of 1 squad per phase for p1,p2 and p3 - damage to be posted needs to be cleared with the coordinator
- generally each phase is FFA, there is no timing schedule
- coordinator has the right to ask guild members for additional attacks if needed to clear phase
If we don't clear p1 or p2 within the allocated time slot, or seem unable to finish AAT overall, Key has the right to cancel the raid and open standard AAT instead.

If we don't get p1 and p2 we should have a vote on what we do. I would rather try and keep the raid going instead of cancelling it

It's making the planing more difficult to become in place I would appreciate it if people can get back to me on this asap so that we know who the phase officers are ect
