I'm looking for six volunteers with analytically or mathematically geared minds, to serve on a 3-person panel that will determine optimal damage posting combinations when we attempt our first two AAT/GG raids. By joining the panel, you agree to perform this duty as objectively and diligently as possible. To be eligible to join this panel, you must thoroughly understand and follow the conversation regarding the raid plan Here. I'm recruiting up to six people because the job will require at least 3 of you to be online, every six hours when we conduct the raid. Since I doubt our primaries will be on each and every time we perform the evaluation, I'd like a few backups to substitute for their unavailability. If interested, please sign up here and I'll add you to the list. Primaries 1. Cubbish 2. iderivedx 3. Alternates: 4. 5. 6.

Worban, I'll be happy to be on the panel, however rather as an alternate with the option to specify/revise my involvement when the raid is up. Due to my work duties (consultancy work), I cannot guarantee how/when I can be available, as I have to be available in case a clients needs something done (trying to avoid responding to their every whim, but you know how it is). Even though I can plan ahead, sometime my schedule changes dramatically almost at the last minute...
Mathematically I would consider it quite a fun thing to do, I am definitely up to it to find the most optimal way ahead.

Thanks for volunteering, cubbish but if it's ok with you, I'd like to make you a primary. There's no pressure to be on for all the phases; even if you can just make one or two, I'd be happy. You have total flexibility to participate when you want and can, which is why I have alts set up in the first place. The difference between being a primary and alt is not based on availability, but rather mental aptitude. I can tell you'd be excellent for this, and want you to be on the panel for sure, when you're available. If you insist on being an alt, I'll make you an alt.

Ok, understood. Consider me on the primary panel then. Of course once the new raid is on and being planned, I will inform you on my availability to make sure everything goes smoothly. Just bear in mind some back-up for me is necessary :-)

m-m-MATH?! Yeah, think I'll sit this one out. I guess I could try to bring the drinks, and maybe some pom poms so our guild members can cheer you guys along! ...But seriously, this is a little over my head. Thank you guys for taking the time to do this!

I can help. Unfortunately, my availability will depend on when the raids happen.

Thanks, iderivedx! I've added you as a primary as well. As you can see from previous comments, availability is not an issue, if you can help us for one or two evaluations that are convenient for you. Now if we can get four more math gurus to volunteer, we'll be set so y'all can rotate. If the panel ever has less than three present during evaluation, I will serve as a panelist, or just make a decision if no panelists are available.

Mark me down, numbers are easy. Percentages are even easier.

Count me out, but just point me in the direction of what needs to be killed and I'll kill it. Lol
